Chuck heads to Victor Lake, Alberta, to meet Landon Delorme, who takes him hunting for bighorn sheep, one of the province’s emblematic animals. They visit an old mine and explore the surrounding area in search of a herd of bighorn sheep, which are not easy to spot with their rock-coloured fur. Once hunted, the animal is gutted and butchered by Landon’s helper Tala Williams. The menu consists of stomach and fillet steaks.
