Chuck is surprised to learn that Inuit commonly eat ptarmigan raw when Solomon gives him a small piece right after hunting it. Chuck also visits Qajuqturvik Centre, where he meets culinary chef Michael Lockley and his brigade of apprentice cooks and gives them a hand in the kitchen.
