Lobster & sea relish mayonnaise

Ingredients

Sea relish mayonnaise 

  • 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise homemade or storebought
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Salaweg sea relish
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Mayo

In a bowl, mix everything together. 

Lobster

Drop lobster into heavily salted boiling water for 7 minutes. 
Remove from boiling water and drop into ice water.
