Sea relish mayonnaise
- 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise homemade or storebought
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Salaweg sea relish
- Salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix everything together.
Drop lobster into heavily salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
Remove from boiling water and drop into ice water.
