Strawberry Mush

  • 2 cups of strawberries 
  • 1 cup of corn flour 
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of butter 
  • ¾ cup of water 
  • A pinch of salt 


  1. Sauté the strawberries in a pan and crush crudely with a fork.
  2. Add the maple syrup.
  3. Gradually stir in the corn flour.
  4. Add the water.
  5. Mix together well and add the butter and salt.
  6. Serve in a bowl with yogurt, fresh strawberries, chopped pistachios, a zest of lime and a drizzle of maple syrup.
