- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 cup of corn flour
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- ¾ cup of water
- A pinch of salt
- Sauté the strawberries in a pan and crush crudely with a fork.
- Add the maple syrup.
- Gradually stir in the corn flour.
- Add the water.
- Mix together well and add the butter and salt.
- Serve in a bowl with yogurt, fresh strawberries, chopped pistachios, a zest of lime and a drizzle of maple syrup.
