Sumac Lemonade

  • Maple syrup 
  • Sparkling water 
  • 1 ½ cup of sumac 
  • Water 


  1. Remove the seeds from the sumac and soak in water to clean thoroughly.
  2. Filter out the water with a strainer.
  3. Add boiling water and leave it to infuse for 2 hours.
  4. Serve in a glass with ice, a drizzle of maple syrup and a splash of sparkling water.
