- Maple syrup
- Sparkling water
- 1 ½ cup of sumac
- Water
Instructions
- Remove the seeds from the sumac and soak in water to clean thoroughly.
- Filter out the water with a strainer.
- Add boiling water and leave it to infuse for 2 hours.
- Serve in a glass with ice, a drizzle of maple syrup and a splash of sparkling water.
