- 2 cups of shredded smoked sturgeon
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 chopped French shallot
- ¼ cup of chervil, chives, dill and parsley
- Lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the ingredients into a bowl.
- Add thyme, chicken and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
