Smoked Sturgeon Dip

  • 2 cups of shredded smoked sturgeon  
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 
  • 1 chopped French shallot
  • ¼ cup of chervil, chives, dill and parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Mix the ingredients into a bowl. 
  2. Add thyme, chicken and chicken broth.  Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
